Refund policy

Our hope is you never have to return an item and absolutely love what you ordered, but we understand not all items work out. Please feel free to contact us prior to buying an item with any questions you have, so we can decrease the need for returns. We want you to love our products just as much as we do. We are happy to accept a returned item for STORE CREDIT if all criteria below is met. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at pbarmboutique@gmail.com WITHIN 3 DAYS of receiving item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

After approval to return an item, you can ship item back to us at buyers expense. We must receive the returned item within 15 days of initial delivery. If we do not, again, buyer is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please ship to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Jewelry is not eligible for returns at this time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items will be marked final sale. Items 25% off  or greater are not eligible for return. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds for store credit only
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive store credit for the item. Shipping is nonrefundable.
